How do I charge my GLOWDROP?
Your GLOWDROP is rechargeable with it's USB charging cable. Pierce the charger through the circular area under the writing 'DC 5V', which is on the Thermo-Glo face of the device.
While charging, the device will FLASH RED.
When it reaches full charge, it will emit a STEADY RED GLOW. Charging time is around 180 mins, after which it's time to unplug & use!
Can I use The GLOWDROP in the shower?
The GLOWDROP is certified IPX5, therefore we advise rinsing it with gentle water pressure under a tap & refrain from using it under powerful water-jets such as in the shower.
Can I use The GLOWDROP if I have acne, rosacea, eczema or psoriasis?
With special care conditions such as the above or any other medical concerns, we suggest consulting a dermatologist or physician before use.
What cleansers can you use with The GLOWDROP?
You can use any of your favourite cleansers with the GLOWDROP. However, to keep your device in optimal condition, avoid the following 3 types of cleansers as they may damage or get caught in the silicone bristles of the device:
- Silicone-Based cleansers
- Clay-Based Cleansers
- Grainy-Cleansers
Can I use The GLOWDROP to remove make-up?
We suggest you use a make-up remover and follow it up with the GLOWDROP for more efficient cleansing.
How do I clean The GLOWDROP?
Good News! The GLOWDROP is very easy to maintain. Rinse it with soap & lukewarm water (if you're using water from a tap, use light water pressure). Pat dry with a cloth & that's it! It's ready for another hygienic cleanse.
Are LED lights safe to use everyday?
Yes, they are. Unlike other types of light therapy, LEDs do not contain ultraviolet rays. Therefore, they’re safe for regular use.
LED light doesn’t cause burns compared to other anti-aging treatments such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser therapy. So it’s safe for all skin colors and types. However, if you’re on Accutane medication we advise not to use the LED function.
Who can’t use LED lights?
You shouldn’t use LED light therapy if you take Accutane for acne or if you’re experiencing skin rashes.

How do I clean my GLOWQUARTZ?
After each face fitness session, clean with a disinfectant wipe or soapy water. Care for your GLOWQUARTZ as it does for you and place back into its box to prevent damage to the natural stones.
I experience breakouts, can I still use The GLOWQUARTZ?
Yes, you can! Just train & drain the lymph in your neck (or everything below your breakouts - e.g. if you are breaking out on your cheeks, use the GLOWQUARTZ on your jawline and your neck). Lymphatic fluid holds skin-congesting toxins, so keeping lymph moving can ease these breakout situations.
