SHIPPING
What countries do you ship to?
We ship domestically within Hong Kong, and internationally to:
Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Japan, Kuwait, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, U.A.E., United Kingdom, and U.S.A. (including Hawaii).
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — Standard Tracked Shipping is FREE based on your destination and order total:
Hong Kong: FREE shipping on all orders.
U.S.A. (including Hawaii), India, Singapore & Philippines: FREE Standard shipping on orders over 800 HKD (approx. 100 USD).
All other destinations listed above: FREE Standard shipping on orders over 1,000 HKD (approx. 128 USD).
For orders below these amounts, shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
How fast is delivery?
Two options are available at checkout for every international order:
Standard Tracked Shipping — 3 to 5 business days (U.S.A., India, Singapore, Philippines) or 5 to 8 business days (all other destinations). Free over the order amounts above.
Express Shipping — 1 to 2 business days (U.S.A., India, Singapore, Philippines) or 3 to 5 business days (all other destinations). Express is a paid upgrade at all order values.
Hong Kong orders are delivered by SF Express in approximately 1–2 working days, free of charge.
Delivery times are estimates measured from dispatch and may vary during holidays and customs processing.
Do you offer delivery tracking?
Yes. All orders are shipped with our trusted courier partners, and a tracking number is generated as soon as your order is picked up from our offices. We send it to you right away so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
What if my country isn't listed here?
Drop us an email at glow@glowgearpro.com with your shipping destination and we will do our best to get GLOWGEAR to you! While we can't guarantee shipping to every requested country, we'll let you know either way. Kindly allow us 1-2 working days to respond.
Who is responsible for sales tax (VAT/GST) and duties?
Where your local tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout (for example, United Kingdom orders are displayed inclusive of VAT). For international orders, any import duties, customs fees or local taxes levied on arrival are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient, and a customs handling charge may also apply. These rules change frequently and are outside our control — for current rates, please check your local customs website, or email us and we'll help where we can.
GLOWDROP & POWERGLOW Warranty
We warrant The GLOWDROP & POWERGLOW for a period of ONE (1) YEAR after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the device.
The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse (including use under the shower) or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty.
If you discover a defect and notify us during the warranty period, Nu Rosee Limited/GLOWGEAR will, at their discretion, replace the device free of charge. Claims under warranty must be supported by valid proof of purchase (your original receipt or order confirmation) showing the purchase date falls within the warranty period.
To validate your warranty, please keep your original purchase receipt and the serial number on the bottom of your product together with these warranty conditions for the duration of the warranty period. Replacement products claimed under warranty are not entitled to renewed 1-year warranty coverage. To claim, you must return the faulty product to us — instructions will be provided when claiming.
If your product was part of a limited edition that has been discontinued, you may be issued a replacement of the same model in a different colour/design.
This Limited Warranty is exclusive of all other warranties, whether oral or written, express or implied. There are no implied warranties created by the manufacture, sale or use of the product.
To claim your warranty, email us at glow@glowgearpro.com and we will assist you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. This undertaking is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
